Until We Br8K Thru

About us

Built to close the gaps in support.

Founded in Georgia in 2024, Until We Br8K Thru walks alongside people facing life’s hardest transitions.

Our Story

Until We Br8K Thru was founded by Jamia Morrow in 2024 to address gaps in support experienced by justice-involved individuals, people returning from incarceration, youth transitioning from foster care, at-risk youth, and families experiencing barriers to stability.

Our early community assistance has included free counseling, food assistance, donated bicycles, and other direct support. Today, we are building the sustainable funding, programs, and partnerships needed to serve more people well.

Why We Exist

Major life transitions can leave people without the resources, guidance, or community they need. Without support, everyday barriers like obtaining an ID, finding transportation, or accessing counseling can become overwhelming. We exist so that no one has to face them alone.

Mission

Until We Br8K Thru empowers individuals and families facing barriers to stability by connecting them with essential resources, compassionate support, and opportunities to rebuild their lives and move forward with dignity.

Vision

A community where individuals and families, regardless of their circumstances or past experiences, have access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to achieve lasting stability and thrive.
