Until We Br8K Thru
Effective Date: October 20, 2026

Until We Br8K Thru is a Georgia nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We respect the privacy of individuals, families, volunteers, donors, community partners, and others who interact with our website.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and how to contact us with privacy questions or requests.

1. Information We Collect

When our online forms are enabled, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide.

Request Assistance: Your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, city or county, applicant relationship, assistance categories, general description of your needs, urgency, documentation availability, and additional information you choose to provide.

Volunteer, Sponsor, Partner, and Contact: Your name, contact information, organization or affiliation when applicable, interests, and message.

Assistance requests may contain sensitive information about personal or family circumstances. We take additional care to restrict access to these submissions.

Please do not provide Social Security numbers, government identification numbers or images, medical records, detailed diagnoses, criminal-history records, bank account information, or other highly sensitive documents through our website forms.

Our forms do not accept file uploads.

2. Website Security and Technical Information

We use technical safeguards to help protect our website and prevent misuse.

These may include server-side validation, automated spam detection, rate limiting, and temporary hashed representations of internet addresses.

Our website infrastructure and service providers may also process technical information necessary for security, service delivery, and troubleshooting.

We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels or sell visitor information for advertising purposes. If our analytics, cookies, or tracking practices change, we will update this policy as appropriate.

3. How We Use Information

We use submitted information to:

  • Review and respond to requests for assistance.
  • Communicate with individuals seeking resources or referrals.
  • Respond to volunteer, sponsorship, partnership, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate potential services and community support.
  • Maintain website security and prevent misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal and organizational obligations.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that assistance, financial support, services, or referrals will be available.

4. Who Can Access Information

Submitted information is stored in access-controlled systems.

Access is restricted to individuals specifically authorized by Until We Br8K Thru for legitimate organizational purposes.

Assistance requests are maintained separately from general inquiries and receive additional access protections.

Authorized administrative access requires authentication and multifactor verification.

Submission notification emails contain limited administrative information, such as the form category and submission time, rather than applicants’ personal details or assistance descriptions.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We may use third-party technology providers to operate our website, securely store submissions, maintain systems, and deliver administrative notifications.

We may share relevant information with community partners or service organizations when you authorize that sharing, or when otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to respond to a serious and immediate safety concern, consistent with applicable law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information, including encrypted connections, protected storage, access controls, and server-side security checks.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We encourage visitors to provide only the information necessary for their inquiry.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to satisfy applicable legal, security, and organizational requirements.

Until We Br8K Thru is establishing a formal records-retention schedule.

You may request that we review, correct, or delete information you submitted. We will evaluate requests and take appropriate action, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact Until We Br8K Thru to:

  • Request access to information you previously submitted.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of information, where appropriate.
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled.

We may request reasonable verification of your identity before processing a privacy request.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under age 13 to independently submit personal information.

Parents, legal guardians, or other appropriately authorized adults should submit assistance inquiries on behalf of children.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will review the circumstances and take appropriate steps under applicable law.

10. Not an Emergency Service

Until We Br8K Thru does not provide emergency response services, and website submissions are not monitored continuously.
